Boozy Turkish Cream

Top each serving of this scented ice with a few chopped pistachio nuts or toasted, slivered almonds.

About 4–6 servings

200g carton Greek yogurt, chilled

284ml carton double cream, chilled

85g/3 oz caster sugar

4 tbsp orange liqueur

2 tbsp orange-flower water

2 tbsp rosewater

1 small lime

1. Tip the yogurt and cream into a large jug. With a whisk, stir in the sugar, liqueur, orange-flower water and rose-water.

2. Halve the lime and squeeze its juice. Stir into the jug.

3. Cover and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes or until well chilled.

4. Tip the mixture into the ice cream machine and freeze according to instructions.

5. Transfer to a suitable container and freeze until required.
